Skirt the fringes of the fearsome Jungfrau on this five day heli ski extravaganza and soak up some of the world’s most dramatic mountain scenery. If heli lifts, hot tubs and torch lit descents are what you’re looking for, look no further than the vast ski terrain between the mighty Matterhorn and Eiger mountains.- The trip starts in the chic resort of Crans Montana, with two days of back country skiing in the hidden valleys below the Plaine-Morte glacier.
- Then the real adventure begins, skirting the fringes of the fearsome Jungfrau, within sight of the Concordiaplatz, where four great glaciers meet. We cross the regional border from the French-speaking Valais to the German-speaking Bernese Oberland.
- En route, stay at 5* hotels in chic ski resorts, or pause high in the mountains in a rustic cabin, normally only in use in the summer, transformed to provide us with a rustic fireside meal and a dip in a hot tub facing the Mont Blanc.
