All non private trips require a minimum of participants to run and the decision to run the trip with minimum numbers will be taken one month before the departure date. Contract concluded subject to the receipt of completed and signed questionnaires.
Cancellation policy *
Any cancellation will come into effect the day electronic or written
notice is received and acknowledged by SwisSKIsafari. To avoid disappointment please ensure that your cancellation is acknowledged. Percentage of the cost of the trip charged in the case of cancellation will apply as shown in the table below:

Payment
*In all cases, SwisSKIsafari reserves the right to cancel your holiday for the dates you have reserved. This is extremely unlikely but should this event occur you will be fully refunded the price paid for the trip or you have the right to change to another departure date
